Not so Smart.
I am going to rant, sorry if its too early for this but I will. All week, I have been experiencing problems with our Globe Broadband!! The connection is intermittent and yesterday, it was non-existent..! And today, it is too slooowww…! Right now I am using dial-up.
Not only is Globe’s Broadband service bothering me, also their Mobile phone’s signal is going crazy. I have problems sending out text messages because ~ I just can’t! IF they do get out, they reach the other person hours after the text has been sent. What’s up with that?!
Calls cannot get through, lines are choppy and frankly, it’s irritating hearing that woman in the other line say, “Subscriber cannot be reached,please try your call la-ter”. Grrr.
My friends who are Globe subscibers (Broadband and Mobile) are complaining too. Globe’s excuse? They are upgrading their system. Is this true? Well, it better be! Because I’m tempted to switch to Smart.
